Seeing as we cannot go abroad this year; we thought we would bring the taste of foreign shores to you at home!
Freshly picked from our own, spray free vineyard are juicy, succulent vine leaves ready for stuffing with anything you like! Simply wash the leaf and then blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes. Set aside to cool and then make little parcels by rolling them around your chosen stuffing. Then cover with water in casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes on 180. Then add Greek yoghurt to the top and bake for a further 20 minutes. Yum.
We have tried many flavours and our favourite this year is minted lamb- but you can really use your imagination. Vegan herby rice was a close second.
You will need to add about 150g plain rice to your chosen stuffing with plenty of oil and stock crumbled in. The rest happens int he oven!
1 pack of vine leaves contains around 50 leaves which will make a meal for 4.

Vine leaves will only be available for a few weeks as we do not spray our vineyard so unfortunately disease will eventually settle in and ruin the leaves. So if you fancy something different for dinner just add them to your order via email to email@example.com.
